Roles and Responsibilities

1) Well versed in the analytical review which includes review of GLP, OOS, OOT, Column management, Standard handling.

pharmacopeia, retention, stability management & review of stability

protocol/summary sheet, computer system validation, glassware

cleaning validation, calibration & qualification of instruments.

2) Review of audit trail.

3) Ensure all time laboratory compliance.

4) Preparation & review of OOS/OOT trending.

5) Review of analytical documents which include worksheet.

chromatograms, AMT/AMV. 6) Review of supplier investigation report in case of OOS/OOT in

RM/PM.

7) Review of specification & STP.
