Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Draft and review legal agreements, including licensing, nondisclosure, and vendor agreements and power of attorney and letter of authorisation.
- 2. To assist in litigation works.
- 3. To assist in trademark matters.
- 4. To assist with regulatory compliances.
- 5. All day-to-day matters pertaining to the above & any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
